An idea the wealthy like to talk about is the concept of trickle-down. Simplified, it means that a wealthy individual's assets create work opportunities, investments and so forth, so we all end up much better than before, and you create this economic climate by lowering the taxes for the rich and give them various government handouts.

After seeing the programme, I think the concept has some serious flaws.
