This is a neat little dessert. Since they are both healthy and seem to be very easy to make with very few ingredients, I´m going to try out these creamy avocado fudgesicles.
This is what you need:
- 2 small avocados
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1⁄3 cup raw, unfiltered honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1⁄3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
How you put it all together:
- Halve avocados lengthwise and remove seed.
- Scoop flesh into a food processor.
- Add remaining ingredients and puree until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer mixture to a silicone, stainless steel, or BPA-free popsicle tray, and insert sticks.
- Freeze for 2 hours or overnight.
- Unmold and serve.
